It was surreal seeing the A family again. Baby girl number 2 looked exactly like her sister as a newborn and I was transported back several years ago when I photographed big sister in a spare room in my home in Gainesville Florida. Since then, I’ve gained several years of experience under my belt, have a large commercial studio space in Newberry, Florida and still feel, truthfully?, like a total imposter! I felt as giddy and lucky to hold this baby as I did posing big sister. How did I turn my passion into a…. professional career? It feels like yesterday when was holding Savannah in my arms, almost as in awe of her as I was of my own kids. I still remember her gallery (and I’m still proud of it!).
Lily was born at HCA NorthFlorida weighing in at 5 pounds, 9 ounces and 19.5 inches long. Her mom walked in looking flawless. Both parents were an incredible team. And big sister Savannah was not only the prettiest most cooperative subject, but an amazing big sister & assistant! I cannot wait to see what these gorgeous girls contribute to the world as adults.
